What enters our systems

What We Collect and Why

We ask for only the information needed to provide an assessment response or reply to a request. You choose whether to share contact details.

Assessment responses

Your answers help us prepare general, personalised guidance about themes such as stress, motivation, emotional wellbeing and life satisfaction.

Contact details

We collect your first name, email address and phone number only when you submit them. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange an appropriate conversation.

Service preferences

If you select a preferred language or share a practical preference, we use it to communicate with you more clearly.

Essential cookies

The assessment may use an essential session cookie so your answers and progress stay connected during one visit. We do not use advertising trackers.

Consent for sensitive information

Please do not include diagnoses, medical records or detailed health information in open text fields. We do not collect special category data through the assessment without explicit consent.

Coaching records

If you begin coaching, we may keep appointment information and concise session notes needed for safe, consistent support. We explain this at the point of collection.

Your control

Your Rights Under GDPR

You can ask us to explain, correct or remove personal information we hold about you. We will check your identity before releasing information.

How long we keep information

Assessment data is kept for 12 months unless a coaching relationship begins. Coaching records are retained only for as long as needed for the service, legal duties and the resolution of concerns.

You can request:

  • Access to the personal information we hold about you.
  • Rectification of information that is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Erasure of your information where there is no lawful reason to keep it.
  • Restriction of processing while a concern or accuracy request is reviewed.
  • Portability of information you provided in a commonly used, machine-readable format where this right applies.
  • Withdrawal of consent at any time. This does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.
Protection by design

Cookies & Security

Essential cookies only

Cookies support session management. There are no advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on the assessment.

Limited access

Access is limited to authorised coaches and service providers who need the information for their defined work and must protect it.
