Your answers help us prepare general, personalised guidance about themes such as stress, motivation, emotional wellbeing and life satisfaction.
Your trust is the foundation of our work. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, and how we protect it when you use our assessment or coaching service.
MindBridge Coaching Ltd. follows the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Irish data protection law. We host personal information on EU servers, protect it in transit and at rest, and never sell it.
We ask for only the information needed to provide an assessment response or reply to a request. You choose whether to share contact details.

We collect your first name, email address and phone number only when you submit them. We use these details to respond to your request and arrange an appropriate conversation.
If you select a preferred language or share a practical preference, we use it to communicate with you more clearly.
The assessment may use an essential session cookie so your answers and progress stay connected during one visit. We do not use advertising trackers.
Please do not include diagnoses, medical records or detailed health information in open text fields. We do not collect special category data through the assessment without explicit consent.
If you begin coaching, we may keep appointment information and concise session notes needed for safe, consistent support. We explain this at the point of collection.
You can ask us to explain, correct or remove personal information we hold about you. We will check your identity before releasing information.
Assessment data is kept for 12 months unless a coaching relationship begins. Coaching records are retained only for as long as needed for the service, legal duties and the resolution of concerns.
We keep the technical setup focused on the assessment and your direct communication with our team.
SSL encryption protects information as it travels between your browser and our service. Stored assessment data is encrypted at rest.
Cookies support session management. There are no advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels on the assessment.
Access is limited to authorised coaches and service providers who need the information for their defined work and must protect it.
Write to us if you want to exercise a GDPR right, withdraw consent, or ask how your assessment information is handled. We aim to respond within 30 days.
